Kalika Steel Alloys is setting up a project for the expansion of its Jalna steel plant in Maharashtra. The project involves increasing the manufacturing capacity of TMT bars from 300 TPD to 800 TPD. The project is valued at Rs.400 million and it will be funded through internal accruals. As of December 2014, Siemens AG has appointed as the consultant & machinery supplier for the project.
