Ghankun Steel is taking up an expansion at its Sondra steel plant, Raipur. The project involves the implementation of Pellet plant, Induction Furnace, Rolling Mill, Ferro Silicon, Silico Manganese and Ferro Manganese. As of December 2014, environmental clearance for the project is underway.
