PFC is planning to take up Northern Region System Strengthening Scheme-XXXV and System Strengthening for IPPs in Chhattisgarh and other generation projects in the Western region. As of December 2014, the company has invited global bids for qualification, for selection of transmission service provider for transmission projects.
