Sunil Sponge is setting up a biomass-based co-gen power project at Siltara Industrial Area, Raipur. The proposed plant will generate 6 MW of electricity. From the generated power, a part will be used for captive consumption & the rest may be sold out. As of January 2015, civil work on the project is in progress.
