National Highways Authority of India is taking up a project for the development of four-lane Islampur Bypass on NH-31 in West Bengal. As of January 2015, NHAI has invited bids on EPC mode, under NHDP Phase-II and the projects is to be completed in 2 years with a maintenance period of 4 years.
