Ministry of Road Transport & Highways is setting up a project for the four laning of Meerut-Najibabad section of NH-119, UP. As of January 2015, ministry has invited bids for consultancy services for preparation of the detailed project report (DPR) and the project is to be implemented under NHDP-IV.
