Indian Cane Power is taking up an expansion project at its Duggavathi steam-based CPP, Davangere. The proposed project will come up at Samsons Distillery, a division of Indian Cane Power and the project cost is estimated to Rs. 500 Million including molasses based distillery. As of February 2015, company is waiting for pollution clearance and consultant and equipment suppliers are yet to be appointed.
