Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is setting up a project for the widening, strengthening and four laning of NH 67 in AP. The project involves the widening and strengthening from km 513.0 to 546.50 of Muddanur to Jammalamadugu section to two-lane with paved shoulder including four laning in 3.05 km (km 542.100 to km 545.150) in Jammalamadugu town section under corridor approach. As of February 2015, bids has invited and the work is to be implemented under EPC mode of contract.
