NTPC is setting up a 1320 MW power project at Bilhaur Kanpur. The project will be impllemented as two units of 660 MW capacity each. As of February 2015, project is in the planning stage and NTPC is also setting up power projects at Ambedkarnagar, Allahabad and a small hydro project of 2x4 MW at Singrauli
