Crest Steel & Power is setting up an expansion project at its existing steel plant at Joratarai, Rajnandgaon. The project involves the further expansion of Wire Rod Mill, I/O Beneficiation, Pellet Plant and FBC Boilers in the unit with Iron Ore fines, Coal & Coke Fines, Bentonite etc as the raw materials. As of March 2015, company has approached MoEF for clearance.
