Hindupur Steel & Alloys is taking up an expansion project at its existing steel plant at APIIC Gollapuram Industrial Park (Phase - 3), Anantapur. The project involves the manufacturing of additional MS billets/ MS ingots by installation of induction furnace and TMT bars/ rolled products by installation of rolling mill. Pioneer Enviro Laboratories & Consultants is the consultant for the project. As of March 2015, company is awaiting environmental clearance.
