National Highways Authority of India is taking up a highway project on the Jabalpur-Lakhanadone section in Madhya Pradesh. The project involves four-laning of Jabalpur-Lakhanadone section of NH-7 from km 465.500 to km 546.425 on DBFOT basis. As of March 2015, Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the project.
