Tehri Hydro Development Corporation in association with Kerala State Electricity Board and Solar Energy Corporation of India, is setting up a 50 MW solar photo voltaic power project at Kasaragod, Kerala. As of April 2015, THDC has signed a tripartite agreement for developing the solar project and sale of power with Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) and Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
