'Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation is planning to set up a thermal power plant at Bhadrawati in Chandrapur district, Maharashtra to be developed over 1300 acres on PPP basis. As of February 2013, MIDC has invited bids for setting up the project on BOOT basis.
