'Indian Synthetic Rubber, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Marubeni, Japan; and TSRC, Taiwan has reported progress on its upcoming Styene Butadiene Rubber project at Panipat in Haryana. Uhde India is the Project Management Consultant and Toyo India is the EPC contractor of the project. As of March 2013, the project is under implementation
