'Apurva Chemicals is planning to take up an expansion programme at its Dye Intermediates unit at GIDC Vapi, Taluka Pardi, District Valsad in Gujarat. The project involves increasing the capacity of Resist salt from 75 tpa to 600 tpa, Metanilic Acid(Liquid) from 20 tpa to 60 tpa and Metanilic Acid (Powder) from 30 tpa to 90 tpa. As of March 2013, the project has received clearance from ministry of environment and forests.
