'Ramky Enviro Engineers has been entrusted by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation to set up 40 MW power plant with municipal solid waste generated in the city. The proposed plant will use the 3,100 tonnes of municipal solid waste , the corporation generates every day as fuel for the power plant. The project is being set up under public, private partnership mode at the Jawaharnagar dump yard in Kapra.
