NMDC is planning to set up a dead burnt magnesia plant of 100 tonne per day capacity at Panthal in Jammu and Kashmir. As of April 2013, M N Dastur & Company, the consultant for the project has invited bids for kline material processing and handling equipment package of the dead burnt magnesia plant.
