Green Energy Development Corporation of Odisha , a wholly owned subsidiary of Odisha Hydro Power Corporation is planning to develop a Small Hydro Electric Project at Mandira Dam site near Rourekela in Sundargarh. As of May 2015, the company has invited bids for setting up the project.
