India is setting up a project for four laning of Moradabad-Bareilly Section of NH-24, UP. The proposed project includes the construction of 8 nos. of major bridges, 12 nos. of minor bridges, 2 nos of grade separators, 169 nos. of box/ pipe/ slab culverts, 12 nos. of Vehicle Underpasses (VUP) & 23 nos. of Pedestrian Underpasses (PUP), 82 nos. of grade junctions, bypass length is 65.474 km, re-alignment is 6 km & 2 nos. of toll plaza. The contract for the 121 Km road construction has divided to 3 contractors, ie 42 Km to Ramky Infrastructure, 46.5 Km to GR Infraprojects and 33.3 Km to Apco Infratech on EPC basis. As of April 2015, project is under implementation.
