Solar Energy Corporation of India is planning to develop a 750 MW solar park project jointly with MP Government. The entire project will be completed in three tranches of 250 MW each. The land acquisition for the project is in the final stage. As of May 2015, the company is likely to commence the tender process for the solar park as the transmission line is also being laid down by Power Grid Corporation of India.
