Punj Lloyd has bagged a contract from National Highways Authority of India for four laning of Gorakhpur-Gopalganj section of NH-28 and is part of the East West Corridor Highway project. The scope of work includes four laning from 360.915 km to 402.000 km of the Gorakhpur - Gopalganj section of NH-28 in the state of Bihar. As of May 2015, the contract has just been awarded.
