Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam is planning to take up 80-Megawatt (Mw) Doimukh hydro electric project in Arunachal Pradesh. The project will be implemented as a run-of-river on the Pare in Arunachal Pradesh. As of June 2014, the company has invited bids from consultants to study Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)/ Environmental Management Plan (EMP) required for the project.
