Mahalaxmi TMT, a manufacturer of Steel TMT bars and billets is planning to increase its capacity. The project involves replacing 2 nos of 30 T furnaces with 2 nos of 40 T induction furnace and additionally involve one new 40 T induction furnace for expanding the capacity. The production of TMT bars will be increased by adding atomized rolling line to existing rolling mill. As of June 2015, the project is awaiting clearance from state pollution control authorities.
