Damodar Valley Corporation is planning to take up rural electrification works in Bokaro, Dhanbad and Koderma districts of Jharkhand, under Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana scheme being funded by Rural Electrification Corporation (REC). As of June DVC has invited bids for executing the project.
