UJVN is planning to set up 3x5 MW Small Hydro Project in Rudraprayag district of Uttarkhand. As of July 2015, WAPCOS, the consultant for the project has invited bids for Carrying out Geotechnical Investigations, Detailed Design and Drawings of Civil Works, HM Works and Review of EM Works for the project.
