AKR Steels & Power is planning to set up a a new project of integrated steel plant, rolling mill products and captive power plant in Kutch district of Gujarat. The company proposes to install rotary kiln, induction furnace, reheating furnace, AFBC boiler and WHRB as a part of proposed project. As of July 2015, environment clearance for the project is underway
