ReNew Power and Hareon Solar Technology Company, Shanghai are jointly setting up a new 72 MW solar power project in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The power generated will be sold under a 25-year power purchase agreement to the electricity distribution company Southern Power Distributor. Hareon Solar will supply 2,34,161 crystalline silicon modules to the project. As of July 2015, the joint venture has just been floated.
