Saraf Agencies is planning to set up a 15 Mw captive power plant (CPP) at Chhatrapur (in Ganjam district), the site of its upcoming titanium dioxide plant. As of August 2015, the project has got approval from the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) .
