India Resources Copper Mining, a subsidiary of India Resources , Australia has decided to go ahead with its expansion of Surda copper mine in Jharkhand. The project actually belongs to Hindustan Copper. The company recently signed an MoU with Shriram EPC ( SEPC) for undertaking the EPC work for the project. As per the MoU SEPC is responsible for all the funding aspects of the project along with the supply of equipment. ICMPL is the project manager and is responsible for arranging working capital.
