Orange Renewable Power is setting up a 100.8 MW wind farm at Beluguppa in Ananthpur district of Andhra Pradesh. As of October 2015, the company has awarded the turnkey contract for setting up the wind farm to Suzlon Energy. As per the contract, Suzlon will supply and install 48 wind turbine generators ( WTGs) of its 90 m 2.1 Mw wind turbines featuring time tested Doubly Fed Induction Generator ( DFIG).
