MBL Infrastructures is planning to develop Bikaner-Suratgarh road project in Rajasthan. The project involves two laning of Bikaner-Suratgarh section with paved shoulder of 1.72.384 km and will be implemented on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis. A new SPV in the style of "Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company" has been floated to execute the project. As of May 2013, the company has achieved the financial closure for developing the project
