SJVN is setting up a 5 MW Solar power project at at Gujarat Solar Park, Charanka. As of November 2015, the turnkey EPC contract has been awarded to Rays Power Experts. As per the contract, Rays Power will be responsible for design, engineering, procurement & supply, erection, and testing & commissioning of this 5MW (AC) grid connected solar PV power plant along with its interconnecting transmission line of 66kV with the State grid on turnkey basis.
