Bharat Coking Coal, a subsidiary of Coal Ind is planning to develop a 2.5 million tpa coal washery project in Bokaro district of Jharkhand. As of November 2015, the company has invited bids for implementing the project on Build-Operate-Maintain (BOM basis). The project will come up in the vicinity of the existing Dugda Coal washery.
