REC Transmission Projects Company is planning to take up a mega power transmission project in Arunachal Pradesh. The project involves Dinchang - Rangia / Rowta Pooling Point 400 kV D/c (Quad) / HTLS, LILO of both ckts of Balipara-Bongaigaon 400kV D/C (Twin Moose) line at Rangia / Rowta , Establishment of 7x166 MVA 400/220 kV Pooling station (GIS) at Dinchang. As of December 2015 bids have been invited for executing the project.
