Yogayatan Group is setting up a port at Mankhurd in Mumbai. The all-weather port will have access to multiple cargos and aims to support industrial development in the region. The port will be located at a distance of 100 metres from the Vashi Creek railway bridge and 10 nautical miles from the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT). The port which is to be developed in three phases will have a multi-purpose cargo port for dry bulk cargo, a ship building and ship repair yard, thermal power plant, LNG terminal, container terminal, supply base and passenger terminal. As of December 2015, the company has bought 10 acres of land for the port project.
