Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation is planning to develop the 800 km Communication Super Expressway from Nagpur to Mumbai. The project is to be developed in five different sections namely Jamtha-Butibori MIDC-Wardha-Pulgaon ( 128 kms), Pulgaon-Karanja-Sindhakhedraja ( 256 kms), Jalna District Border-Aurangabad- Vaijapur ( 165 kms), Vaijapur-Sinnar, Sinnar-Ghoti ( 115 kms) and Ghoti to Padgha ( 80 kms). As of December 2015, bids have been invited from consultants for preparing detailed project report for all the five sections.
