Phil Coal Beneficiation is planning to set up a 2.5 MTPA wet type coal washery based on Heavy media cyclone process at Ghutku village, Takhatpur Tehsil in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh.. As of December 2015, environment clearance for the project is underway.
