Hindustan Petroleum Corporation is setting up a Gas Based Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant at HPCL, Mumbai Refinery. The project comprises (65.6 MW GTG & 15.1 MW STG) with 150 tph process steam . As of January 2016, environment clearance for the project is underway.
