SVJN is planning to take up akhol Sankri Hydroelectric Project located in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The project envisages utilization of the water of river Supin for power generation on a run of the river type development harnessing a maximum gross head of about 445.80 m. As of February 2016, environment clearance for the project is underway.
