Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals is planning to raise its urea production capacity from existing 1.73 mln tpa to 3.46 mln tpa by setting up two urea manufacturing plants of 1.3 mln tpa. As of May 2013, the company has initial level studies for both projects.
