IL&FS Transportation Networks is planning to take up a widening of road project in the State of Maharashtra. The project involves execution of four-laning of Khed-Sinnar Section of NH-50 from km 42.000 to km 177.000 (design length-137.946 km) under Phase IV B on DBFOT basis. A new company in the style of Khed Sinnar Expressway has been floated for executing the project. As of May 2013, the company signed a Concession Agreement with National Highways Authority of India for the project.
