Sahara India Power Corporation has reported progress on its proposed 1320 MW power plant at Titlagarh in Bolangir district of Orissa. In May 2013, eGateway India, on behalf of Sahara India Power Corporation (SIPCL), has invited bids for design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply, transportation to site, handling, storage, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, performance testing, training of owners personnel, and final completion of 1320 MW (2x660 MW) super critical thermal power generation station including supply of mandatory / recommended spares, commissioning spares, and special tools and tackles on EPC basis.
