Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is planning to take up Construction of new road at the missing link portion of NH 81 along the approved alignment between Harischandrapur & Eastern approach of Kalindri – Bridge from Km 46.550 to Km 59.697 in the district of Malda, West Bengal . As of March 2016, bids have been invited for executing the project on EPC mode.
