New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh is planning to set up a MWp grid-connected solar PV power plant in Nandigama Village, in Krishna district. As of May 2016, NREDCAP has invited bids for design, engineering, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the project on BOOT for captive utilization of power at major temples in that region.
