Chhattisgarh Coal & Power promoted by Nakoda group is planning to establish a coal washery at Korba in Chhattisgarh. The proposed washery will have a capacity of 4.0 million TPA and is estimated to cost Rs.600 million. As of June 2016, the company has signed an MoU with the state government for setting up the project and land allotment process is underway with Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation.
