IG Petrochemicals is planning to take up an expansion programme at its chemicals unit located in MIDC Taloja, Panvel, in Raigarh district of Maharashtra. The project involves expanding the phthalic anhydride capacity from 1,69,110 tpa to 2,22,110 tpa. The project is estimated to cost Rs.4000 million. As of July 2016, the project is in the planning stage.
