Visakapatnam Port Trust is planning to take up project reconstruction of old EQ-2,3,4&5 berths into two new berths of 530 meters quay in the inner harbor. The project is estimated to cost Rs.1820 million. As of August 2016, foundation stone for the project has been laid.
