Mahanadi Coalfields is planning to set up a Jagannath Washery on Build Operate & Maintain (BOM) concept having raw coal throughput capacity of 10 million tpa in Talcher Coalfield with the linkage of coal and site at Bhubaneswari OCP. The project is estimated to cost Rs.3487.5million. As of September 2016, the project has received environment clearance.
