'Tamil Nadu Road Development Corporation is planning to take up development of Chennai Outer Rind Road (Chennai-ORR) Phase II from Nemilicheri in NH 205 to Minjur in Thiruvottiyur-Ponneri-Panchetti Road on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) annuity basis at Chennai in Tamil Nadu.As of December 2012, Ashoka Buildcon and GVR Infra Projects as a consortium have emerged as the lowest bidder for developing the project.
